Callas is a small picturesque village with all necessities such as restaurants, cafées, grocer, butcher and baker.
The distance to Nice International Airport is 50 min. by car and the Mediterranean and Frejus are 33 km away. The closest bigger cities are Draguignan and Le Muy (14 km).

The house: Beautiful Provence villa of 140 m2 with a belonging annex of 35 m2. The house is completely renovated and tastefully furnished in 2005/2008. It is ideal for 2 families with up to 4 children or for 2 generations. Nice, big pool area in connection with a patio in front of the house.

The main house: Big combined dining and living room with high ceilings, fireplace and access to a patio with an outdoor kitchen and a fireplace. Small loft room. Fully equipped new kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with access to the terraces. Beautiful view from the living room, bedroom and the covered terrace.

Annex: The annex is right next to the patio and has a nice view over the pool area. French glass doors lead to the first bedroom where there is access to the second bedroom and from the second bedroom to a smaller bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the annex there is also a smaller kitchen with a sink and refrigerator. Everything is newly renovated.

Activities: The pool, the Mediterranean (St. Raphael, St. Maxime, St. Tropez), visits to vineyards in the area, short distance to Draguignan and Cannes.
Good starting point for trips to France’s answer to Grand Canyon – the three stared tourist attraction Gorges du Verdon (40 km). Wild rafting tours on the Verdon River, peaceful sails on the lakes Lac de St. Croix or Lac de St. Cassien or hikes along the river.
The nearest golf course is 12 km away. Many other golf courses within 60 min. driving distance. Tennis in the neighbouring village. Nice hikes in the area.
