Location: This wonderful house is located 17 km from Cannes in a closed, private domain by the village Les Adrets.
The villa is placed on a sloping 1.300 m2 ground and is completely undisturbed with a panoramic view over the Mediterranean towards Cannes and the Esterel Mountains.
Grocery shopping is within 2 km. The distance to Nice and the international airport is 35 minutes by car.
The house: Wonderful Provence house in two stories build in 1989 and newly decorated in 2004. View from all rooms and the living room. Ground floor: Large combined living and dining room with open access to the kitchen. From the living room and kitchen there is direct access to a patio along the facade of the house. The room area contains two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. From one of the rooms there is access to the garden. The stairs to the first floor is in the living room.
First floor: Main entrance/ hall with stairs to the ground floor. two bedrooms, both with access to a large terrace. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom with a shower. Separate toilet. The house has the following facilities: 3 bathrooms all with showers. One of the bathrooms also has a bath tub. 2 toilets. Living and dining room with fireplace and access to a terrace. 3 terraces equipped with garden furniture, sunbeds and a big Weber gas barbecue. Pool (5,5 x 10 m, open all year).
The pool is fenced for the protection of small children. The kitchen, with access to a patio, is fully equipped for 8 people and has a dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, American refrigerator and a regular refrigerator.

The area is well known for its museums in Nice, Antibes, Cagnes. and St. Paul de Vence. Marine land (dolphin show etc.) close to Antibes and a big market every Sunday morning in St.Rafael.
